Biography
The characteristics that Jeff shares with his clients are weight loss and nutrition. In high school Jeff was 30 lbs. overweight. He had chronic stomach problems to the degree where He had to cancel plans all the time because He wouldn't feel well enough to leave the house. Jeff had these problems for 6 years and was miserable all the time. Then he decided to take control of his life, starting with health and nutrition. Jeff changed his eating habits and cut fast food out of his diet, he still strays that route occasionally but his stomach has healed to the point where he can now eat that type of food and not get sick. Jeff started playing sports at a young age. Everything from Baseball, Hockey, Soccer, and Basketball. In high school he played basketball and ran cross-country and track doing the high jump, long jump, and triple jump. He always enjoyed working out and had a passion for being a role model and helping people. Jeff used to work with kids and it was the most gratifying thing he's ever done. When he realized that with personal training he could do all of those things it was like a light bulb just went on in his head and helped push him to become the person he is today. He believes that there is greatness in everyone and that we can all achieve what we want in life if we are willing to work for it. We don't have to do it alone; it's okay to ask for help. He is committed to helping his clients reach their goals and his enjoyment comes from their success. Jeff recently took part in a personal development camp that pushed his body and mind to the absolute breaking point. He came out of that with feelings of self confidence and self worth. For him being pushed passed the point of fatigue and still succeeding was an absolutely amazing feeling. He doesn't believe that everyone needs to go to the extremes that he went to but he would like to challenge you to push yourself every time your exercising because if you do everything to the best of your ability every time, you can't help but grow and
