Michael is passionate about being an Innovative Results Personal Trainer, a United States Marine, and a Musical Recording Artist. He was born and raised in Orange County, CA and loves his beach roots. Michael ran Cross Country, and Track and Field, lettering in both for Mater Dei High School. He has continued his love of both physical endurance and mental toughness through the Marines as a Corporal. Michael was Lead Singer of the popular Orange County band Stellar. Stellar was nominated as "Best Rock Band" in 2004 at the Orange County Music Awards. Stellar released 3 Cd's and are played routinely on many FM stations. Stellar played extensively throughout the United States in such venues as The House of Blues, The Troubadour, The Whisky a Go-Go, CBGB's, The Knitting Factory, and The Viper Room to name a few, playing with bands including Lit, Handsome Devil, Billionaire Boys Cub, Bullets & Octane, Unwritten Law, The Plain White T's, Fall Out Boy, Beck and Modest Mouse to name a few. He has since received his Fitness Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association. Michael truly believes that everyone has incredible physical strength and a tremendous mental ability to overcome any hurdle or obstacle in one's path. He believes finding this potential is just waiting to be unlocked. He loves adventure racing, beach activities, and all sports activities. He loves life, succeeding, and most of all, conquering and destroying any doubt or society pre-programmed "can't do, can't win" attitude or habit. Michael would like to share his gift of positive change with you.
