Biography
Master Trainer
Qoni has been hooked on the fitness and training
lifestyle since he first picked up weights at the age
of 14. His enthusiasm for knowledge in the field has
never wained from the beginning. He has been a personal
trainer for the last 8 years mostly working for LA
Fitness and working half of that time as a Master
Trainer for the company. Through the development of
training and nutrition programs, he has led many
clients to acheive major breakthroughs in their
training and optimum results in their fitness goals. He
has also led many trainers to realize their potential
along the way. He believes that the body goes where the
mind tells it to and so uses simple behavior mod tools
to make small changes in his clients lives. Through the
use of periodization training, any person can acheive
the four S's (Speed, Stamina, Strength and Stability)
and along the way, change their body and mind. The full
effects of a persons positivity through personal
acheivement ripples outward and affects everyone in its
path. It has done so for him and he, in return, shows
this reality to others.
