It takes more than fad dieting to create positive
lifestyle changes for prolonged fitness, health, and
wellness. Results, takes a comprehensive approach
utilizing a physical, mental, and philosophical
approach to the problem faced by the client.

General Guidelines
- Daily caloric intake is adjusted in relation to daily caloric burn.
- Anywhere from three to eight meals a day depending on the person's goals and lifestyle.
- Nutrition choices should be socially acceptable, meaning the person should not feel out of place in a social setting because he or she is not eating or they are eating something abnormal.

Macro-Nutrients
- Carbohydrate, protein, and fat ratios are adjusted according to goals and individuals.
- Complex carbohydrates over simple carbohydrates. No refined foods. No soda pop. No candy.
- Complete proteins with all the essential amino acids. Lean meats, rice and beans, tofu, humus and grains.
- Fat is important in diet. Complete fats with all the essential fatty acids. Reduce bad fats and oils. No trans fatty acids or partially hydrogenated oils.

Micro-Nutrients
- Vitamins and minerals are very important part of daily consumption.
- Increase fruit and vegetable intake.
- Talk to a professional about supplements and multivitamins. (multivitamins are usually a good backup system, but be careful in the choice and use a professional opinion.)
Mental
- Results ensures the nutritional lifestyle change is culturally acceptable.
- Results clients are educated until they understand the concept and can perform them on their own.
- Every day is a beautiful day to make a good choice for a healthy, happy body, mind and spirit.
